This policy explains how Sprint Stone collects, uses and protects the personal data of visitors to this website, in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Who processes your data

The controller responsible for your personal data is Sprint Stone, based inParedes, Portugal. For any question related to your data, you can contact us atgeral@sprintstone.dev.

What data we collect

We collect personal data only through the quote request form on this website: first name, last name, email, company (optional), and the message you write about your project. We do not collect personal data through any other means on this website.

Purpose of processing

We use the data you submit to respond to your request, prepare a proposal suited to your project, and, should you decide to move forward, get in touch with you about your project.

Legal basis

Processing is based on your consent, given when you submit the form, and, where applicable, on the need to take steps prior to entering into a contract at your request, under Article 6 of the GDPR.

Sharing data with third parties

Data submitted through the form is processed by Web3Forms, a third-party service that forwards the form's content to our email address. Web3Forms is based in the United States, so this sharing involves an international data transfer. We do not sell your data or share it with any other party, and we do not use it for advertising.

Retention period

We keep your data only for as long as necessary to respond to your request and, if a business relationship is established, for the duration of that relationship plus any additional period required by legal, accounting or tax obligations. If no business relationship follows, we delete your contact data within a reasonable time after our last interaction.

Cookies

This website does not use tracking cookies. We only store, in your browser's local storage (localStorage), the choice you make on the cookie notice shown on your first visit, so we do not show it again. This information never leaves your device.

Your rights

Under the GDPR, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, port and object to the processing of your personal data, as well as the right to withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before that withdrawal. You can exercise these rights through the contact details above. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Portuguese data protection authority, the Comissão Nacional de Proteção de Dados (CNPD), at www.cnpd.pt.

Security

We adopt appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorized access, loss or improper alteration.
